Q1: When will it be shipped?

Under normal circumstances, the goods will be shipped within 2 working days after ordering. Note: During peak promotion periods, there may be some delays in order processing time.

Q2: How do I check the status of my order?

1. After the goods are shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to you, please check. 2. Fill in your logistics order number on the "Track Order" page to get tracking information. 3. Please contact support@anlan.com for further assistance.

Q3: I received one package from my bundled order, but the other packages have not arrived. How can I track the missing packages?

Orders purchased as a bundle may be packaged separately. There will be multiple tracking numbers. Therefore all packages may not reach you at the same time. Please check the Track Order page for additional tracking numbers.
