What is ANLAN points?

ANLAN points is our enhanced loyalty program that rewards you every time you interact with us. Earn points through purchases, referrals, and other activities on our site. The best part? You can redeem your points directly as cash during checkout, giving you instant savings on your next purchase.

How do I earn ANLAN points?

You can earn points through a variety of activities, such as referring friends and making purchases. There's no limit to how many points you can accumulate—the more you earn, the more you save. For a full list of ways to earn points, please refer to the "Earn Points" section.

How do I redeem my points?

Do I need to use all my points at once during checkout?

No, you can choose how many ANLAN points you'd like to apply at checkout. You can use a portion of your points and save the rest for future purchases.

How are tiers determined?

Tiers in the ANLAN points are determined based on the approved points you've earned within the last 12 months. Your tier level is dynamically updated as you continue to earn points or make purchases, reflecting your progress within this 12-month period.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

Sometimes it may take a few minutes or even a few days for us to process your activity and award your points. Please be patient, and if the points don't appear after a few days, feel free to contact our support team.

Why did my account balance go down?

Your account balance may have decreased because a purchase, either made by you or by someone you referred, was canceled or returned. When this happens, the corresponding OMTokens are deducted from your account.

In which conditions will my points expire?
  • If you haven't made any purchases in 12 months, your point balance will expire, and you'll no longer be able to spend your points.
  • If you haven't placed any orders since joining our loyalty program, your points will expire 12 months after you register your account.
Can I extend my points in ways other than making a purchase, like receiving birthday points or completing social media activities?

Unfortunately, no. Only placing an order will prevent your points from expiring. While earning points through activities like birthday rewards or social media engagement is a great way to boost your balance, these activities won't reset the expiration clock.

What happens to my pending points when my points expire?

Your pending points will remain in your account and will not be removed, even if your other points expire. They will be available for use once they are approved.

Will I be notified if my points are about to expire?

Yes! You'll receive an email notification 30 days before your points are set to expire, giving you plenty of time to use them.
