Warranty Policy

Warranty Period and Coverage

The manufacturer's warranty is valid for one year from the date of delivery. The warranty covers free replacement and repair of purchased products. If the product is damaged or malfunctions under normal usage conditions, we will provide free repairs within the warranty period. If repair is not feasible, we will replace the product free of charge.

Circumstances When Repair Fees Will Be Charged

Even during the warranty period, repair fees will be charged under the following circumstances:

  1. Damage caused by dirt, scratches, breakage, or wear due to customer actions.
  2. Damage caused during transportation by the shipping company or other individuals.
  3. Faults or damage caused by fire, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
  4. More than 12 months have passed since the product's purchase.

Cases Not Accepted for Repair

Repairs will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of the warranty period, in the following cases:

  1. Products purchased from stores other than our company (including private sales, auctions, etc.).
  2. The product has been modified or repaired by the customer without authorization.
  3. Consumables and accessories that show no defects but are worn due to normal use.
  4. Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the precautions and warnings in the user manual.

Returns and Shipping During the Warranty Period

For repairs within the warranty period, we will cover and reimburse the shipping costs of the product. For repairs outside the warranty period, the customer will bear the shipping and repair costs.

Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Returns

① Returns Due to Customer Preference (Unused and Unopened)

We accept returns, exchanges, and full refunds within 30 days of receipt for unused and unopened products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

② Returns Due to Customer Preference (Opened and Used)

If the product is returned within 30 days after shipment and has been opened or used, a partial refund will be issued after deducting handling and disposal fees. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

③ Returns Beyond the Refund Period

If the return request exceeds the refund deadline, the product will be returned to the customer, and the shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.

If you experience any quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
